"Emily has gained so much confidence," Shay Mitchell says."She's really on a mission to find out who A is and put a stop to everything." In the video below, we catch up with Bellisario, Mitchell, Lucy Hale and Ashley Benson, who share some insight into the upcoming season, including Aria and Ezra's "coming out," the return of Maya, and three (yes, three!) big fight scenes. Were You Wondering if Rob Lowe is Hilarious as Lifetime's Convicted Killer Drew Peterson? Because He Is.

Lifetime movies are better than movie movies. They’re melodramatic, inbred morsels of filmic stank. And the best ones — as of today — possess a sacred ingredient called “Rob Lowe’s Moustache-y Acting Talents.” As Bolingbrook, IL cop-turned-murder suspect Drew Peterson in the new TV feature Drew Peterson: Untouchable, Lowe tries on his best Da Bears accent and dons a moustache that reminds me fondly of Reno 911 and his Parks and Recreation costar Nick Offerman. You will not be able to handle his sole line of dialogue in the new teaser trailer. OK. Just OK now. If Drew Peterson ever really uttered the line, “I’m untouchable, bitch,” I’m assuming he didn’t deliver it with effeminate, monotone dispassion. Then again, maybe that fey, stilted quality is what made Drew a serial killer. All I know is this obviously Lifetime’s finest work since the Hayden Panettiere/Marcia Gay Harden triumph Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy, where Harden all but fed her Oscar to wolves. And now, here is a triple-play of amazing Drew Peterson: Untouchable screenshots. Untouchable indeed, bitch. Rob Lowe Channels Drew Peterson In Creepy Teaser for Lifetime Movie [THR]

Glee's Holiday Throwback: Let us Return to Christmas within the '60s!

Glee Oh, Marti Noxon, you'd fun writing that one did not you. The Buffy vet, who works as a talking to producer on Glee this year, made her episodic writing debut with "Remarkable Merry Christmas," a near-plotless throwback towards the Judy Garland Show's boozy, high-as-a-kite holiday special (and old-timey variety special offers generally). Why is this so? Last season, they switched Sue in to the Grinch (literally) and gave Artie fake legs (literally). Why don't you deliver a carol-jolly Christmas by serving up some Yuletide chestnuts and the very best of '60s TV (accents! corny jokes! canned laughter!)? But just in case you skipped the storyline stuff, or didn't remember it, or blocked it, here's what you ought to know: Mr. Schue picks Artie to direct a throwback Christmas special for Lima's cable-access station, which intervenes using the glee club's promise to assist Sue serve in a destitute shelter (this season, she's the anti-Grinch), however they appear anyway to sing this guitar rock band Aid classic "Will They Know It's Christmas?" Also, Mike and Rory bond over being alone for that holidays, and Rachel discovers the real concept of Christmas (and also to love the pig that Finn bought her since it is the idea that counts). Watch full instances of Glee The relaxation from the 30 approximately minutes was filled by Artie's trippy vision, shot in black and whitened, located by Kurt and Blaine (introduced as "my closest friend and holiday roommate" within their "bachelor chalet") and starring all New Directions minus Quinn and Mike. It had been... oddly enchanting, amusing and kinda strange, for Glee. Search for the episode to split Glee fans. You will find individuals people that do not mind a Rocky Horror hour, or hallucinating/huffing in the dental professional... and you will find the relaxation individuals. Us? We loved the experimental special-within-the-special. So given everything, we made the decision to position the night's performances because when Christmas-y they provided us feel, beginning using the lump of coal. 9. "River" No problem with Joni Mitchell, and "River" does not make us depressed the way in which "Christmas Footwear" does. But when we are ranking tunes so as which gave us the nice and cozy fuzzies, this ain't it. Maybe if Rachel have been singing it for the reason rather than just who audition it for Artie? Very not-Joni-like. 8. "Blue Christmas" Glee Project champion Damian McGinty is particularly skilled at handling slow oldies like that one, but can't they let Rory sing something fun? Cheerful? Up-tempo? Heck, just allow him to move about a little rather than standing still while watching choir room. (If you have been watching carefully like we've, you'll note he's a means worse dancer than Finn! Why are they not taking advantage of it?) "That song am depressing I might really be dead," Santana states, and exactly how Rory shipped it, we type of need to agree. Take a look at photos from Glee 7. "My Personal Favorite Things" 'Tis the growing season towards the Seem of Music! If perhaps we'd a pillow to throw in mid-air like Maria! This cheer-up classic was shipped with gusto by question quarter Rachel, Kurt, Blaine and Mercedes, also it put smiles on our faces...but technically it isn't a Christmas song, and there is a lot more cheer in the future. 6. "Remarkable Merry Christmas" Virtually every pop act within the last 2 decades has unsuccessful at crafting a brand new holiday classic (aside from Mariah Carey, see below). Glee costs just a little better with this particular original number, because of spirited performances by Rachel and Blaine, the alarms without anyone's knowledge and also the Santa shout-outs - it's almost enough to hide how very generic the song itself sounds. 5. "Allow It To Snow" Kurt and Blaine carry it out within Artie's special, and producers fortunately did not want to modernize the track. Rather less production goes a lengthy way if this involves a great yuletide number. Plus: The happy couple use some pretty smooth dances moves straight from an Andy Williams' variety hour. 4. "Will They Know It's Christmas?" Combined with images of recent Directions giving wrapped gifts to destitute children, the ultimate song from the episode is unquestionably feel-good and familiar enough, it is simply not the most popular Christmas song, leaning more toward "Christmas Footwear" in sentiment. Still, it will be a nice ending towards the episode. 3. "Father Christmas Is Visiting Town" Yes. Put a tambourine in Finn's hands more frequently! He and Puck manage to accept schmaltz lower only a notch (whilst outfitted as Luke Skywalker and Han Solo) and infuse Artie's throwback with a few much-needed rock. Because of Puck's dorky, toothy grin and Finn's high energy, that much-covered rendition still packs a cheesy and effective Christmas punch. (And producers, if you want anymore proof Cory Monteith must cover Bruce Springsteen, your search is over.) 2. "Christmas Wrapping" The Waitresses' 1981 song in regards to a lady too busy for Christmas might be a tad too new wave-y (and obscure) for many Glee viewers (despite the fact that the Spice Women did pay for it), but hello? The Cheerios clothed in Santa clothes? Twirling laces and ribbons? Brittany bouncing around in the forefront? Christmas wish satisfied. 1. "All I Would Like for Christmas Is That You SimplyInch Can there be much better way to begin a Christmas episode compared to Mercedes dealing with this Mariah Carey bit of pop perfection? No. Sure, it didn't have reason for the episode, but (clearly) we love to watching these kids romp around to holiday music. And also, since we even fondly recall the Olivia Olson version from Love Really, obviously we like that one. Whether it does not enable you to get in your ft, try checking for any pulse. What have you think about the episode? Which tunes place you in the vacation spirit? Which made you seem like the Grinch? Was Artie's vision great or bizarre? Or both? Inform us within the comments below.

Amazing Race's Jeremy and Sandy: We Understood We're Able To not Get Swept Up

Jeremy and Sandy Once you have a suitable lead inside the Amazing Race finale, Jeremy Cline and Sandy Draghi rapidly dropped it after they erroneously visited the item of furniture keep Dump in Atlanta around the local's suggestion as opposed to the Margaret Mitchell House and Museum, also called The Dump. "We honestly didn't question it," Jeremy notifies TVGuide.com "We believe it is right plus it wasn't until we have arrived that individuals recognized we screwed up.InchAlthough they handled to repair themselves, the dating couple say they understood they'd no chance to feed Ernie and Cindy for your win.Amazing Race's Ernie and Cindy: We made no mistakes inside the finalI hear everybody were pretty far behind.Jeremy: We're calculating 45 minutes, however when you request Cindy, it's probably two several hours. [Laughs]Was that from going to the furnishings store?Jeremy: Yeah. We asked for the wrong people for directions and so they were pretty adamant relating to this being this place. We felt good relating to this and you also never define. They mentioned it absolutely was a classic furniture store, and then we figured it absolutely was a warehouse - something where we required to recreate part of the Race through recall abilities like we've noticed in past seasons.Perhaps you have request others?Exotic: Yeah, we needed their word with this. They understood immediately. It absolutely was a quick answer. They were residents, were familiar with the city. They figured i had been round the Amazing Race and mentioned, "Ok 4g iphone, it's this place." Like the previous legs, if an individual gives you a quick response that seems pretty confident, you're going from it which we did. We'd a web-based insurance lead which we felt great on our way there. We have got stuck in traffic, but we thought everyone else might be stuck in traffic. However, if we have arrived, we understood immediately it absolutely was the wrong place. How extended had you had the experience?Exotic: Not extended. Extended enough for people to use through it once and appearance like idiots. [Laughs] They generate the craziest places, and then we needed to carry out a quick run-through. You have to found someone getting a telephone. It was not easy Searching it. It needed Jeremy some time to make it happen. In the event you Google "The Dump" in Atlanta, the initial result's that warehouse.Jeremy: Yeah, you possessed to particularly devote "The Dump" too as with quotes "former residence" to obtain the Margaret Mitchell House.Perhaps you have not need to call 411 or possibly a tourism board?Sandy: No, we didn't. Our taxi driver didn't have a very smart phone. Ernie and Cindy told us later they commited to memory numbers, but we didn't take into account that. We really didn't. You're in the united states . States, people speak British, you request and so they were built with a solution. We asked for residents the entire Race plus it labored for people. The first time as well as the time that mattered most, we have got wrong information plus it wound up costing $millions of. We ought to have double-checked, but we didn't. What lengths within the Margaret Mitchell House was the store?Unique: Probably 20 miles. Which we hit traffic.Amazing Race's Andy and Tommy: We reliable our taxi driver too muchWhere were your heads at in those days?Unique: Along the way [for the store], our heads were in the good way because we understood we'd a web-based insurance lead plus it was virtually the choice along the way back!Jeremy: We'd a 20-minute lead following a flight simulator and basically figured everyone might be in traffic too. You go to the freeway and there's major traffic. They shut lower one of the roads to accomplish roadwork. ... Everything was jam-packed. And then we would the house in the different direction after going to the shop. Inside your get there's the highway. You gaze to own done the Roadblock as well as the map task quickly.Sandy: Yeah, we did people really quickly. I made that particular mistake, missing Indonesia. Nevertheless it was quick. We didn't have to retrace everything we required to do was slide the carabiner lower which i was done. We blew by using their. Jeremy moved fast across that map.Jeremy: That was fun. I'm unafraid of levels, so that it was awesome swinging around that board. You visited costly hotels to uncover about Turner Area. Perhaps you have learn your lesson within the Dump fiasco?Jeremy: [Laughs] Yes, we did. We actually visited the identical hotel as Ernie and Cindy. It didn't appear enjoy it, but we did. We walked inside with this particular same piece of paper and so they mentioned, "Visit Turner Area." I had been like, "Oh, so someone was here?" They mentioned, "Yeah, like 45 minutes ago." And then we understood [i was not in first].Perhaps you have think you'd an chance of passing them in those days?Jeremy: No. I had been pretty remote. They'd done the map when we have arrived. I really not convinced have been that close simply because they handled to obtain look.Sandy: Yeah, the ultimate two tasks - the typewriter as well as the map - were pretty easy, and then we understood they'd blow through people. They will have to have huge mistake to make sure that us to feed them. We understood following a Margaret Mitchell House that individuals were done.Amazing Race's Bill and Cathi: I had been too careful round the roadHow tough maybe it had been knowing you blew a web-based insurance lead?Jeremy: It absolutely was pretty tough. ... Our goal wasn't receiving removed the initial round. Everything next was "beat one team" which we ended up beating one team within the finish! [Laughs] It absolutely was somewhat disappointing because we thought we'd it. I had been solution in-front following a first task. You are able to kind of smell victory right then. We just developed a huge mistake that needed us from this. But we never put within the towel and ended up getting second. It's something to be proud of. As time pass, In my opinion we'll be proud of that. We're getting much more in the Race than we'd have with just the money - associations, our relationship and recollections for existence.Everybody fought against against in the beginning, but attracted it together mid-Race and were improving your positioning both legs. What changed within your dynamic?Jeremy: Yeah, exactly. In my opinion we'd get "most enhanced team"!Sandy: We not have access to time together like another teams for him to know my talents and flaws which i'm able to know his talents and flaws. A couple of of those teams are actually together for several years too for Jeremy and me, it needed us a few legs to find out our stride and learn to contact one another within an positive, constructive way. As we hit our stride, it absolutely was too late. Once we had that same understanding immediately, we probably might have won a few other [legs]. But clearly, that was our prize. Our communication capabilities have enhanced a great deal and that we have discovered a great deal about one another.Exactly what are you to date?Jeremy: To operate!Exotic: Yeah, to the normal lives. We've had two rummage sales since we've been back. [Laughs] We're trying to simplify our existence. We have a lot of. The two of us went the NY City Marathon for [Ethan's charitable organization] Grassroot Soccer and that we are trying to hands back. ... In Africa, [seeing] the sunset as well as the people as well as the culture and basically the smiles on people children's faces were just items that I'd remember. Exactly how happy and satisfied everyone will there be using the little really put my existence in perspective. ... Jeremy which i are very fortunate. We have great careers and great families which we've greater than lots of people would see inside their lifetime, therefore we are extremely trying to hands back and decelerate. Decelerate our existence and consume the great factor about everything.

Fox News Chief Roger Ailes Shopping Book Might Get Huge $4 Million Advance (Report)

Representative Daniel Adams faces as much as 32 years imprisonment after he was indicted Monday with a grand jury in Boston on charges introduced through the Massachusetts Attorney General associated with claims for $4.7 million in condition tax savings on two movies, The Lightkeepers and also the Golden Boys (also known as Chatham). Adams, 50, was taken into custody of the children on Friday while in the office of Attorney General Martha Coakley where he'd been known as to showcase the accusations. He occured on $100,000 bail and by early Monday was not able to create the bail and was still being in custody of the children. On Monday the Suffolk County Grand Jury came back indictments against Adams around the charges of creating an incorrect claim from the Commonwealth (2 counts), larceny over $250 (2 counts), obtaining the presentation of the false claim that they can the Department of Revenue (2 counts), filing an incorrect document using the Department of Revenue (1 count) and obtaining the preparation of the false taxes (3 counts). PHOTOS: Hollywood's Riches to Rags: 18 Stars Who've Dropped it All The very first four charges could carry prison sentences as high as 5 years. The 3 tax related charges can lead to prison relation to 3 years for every. Adams would also likely have to make restitution with a minimum of $3.six million from the $4.7 million in tax credits he's already received, which signifies the total amount the government bodies believe was false. If he's found guilty, a judge could choose that Adams can serve a few of the sentences at the same time or he could reduce them, what exactly he may ultimately face is unclear. One of the products they allege was false would be a declare that actor Richard Dreyfuss was compensated $2.5 million for Lightkeepers, much more fact (per their analysis) he was compensated only $400.000. At this time around there's not one other company or person suggested as a factor within this alleged fraud. Adams was author, producer and director, and produced special purpose companies for every movie. The marketers were just obtaining the films, so might be not liable. Numerous other people who done the film or assisted arrange distribution also have gone delinquent, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. They include executive producers along with a designer. You will find also claims for delinquent bills by suppliers in Massachusetts who provided products or services for that movies that have been filed in courts there. A minimum of a number of individuals who remain delinquent were advised by Adams they would get money when he got the condition tax credit rebate. He got that but didn't outlay cash it seems. It is a puzzle if he really offered the tax credits, that they might have done legally. His arrest came after an analysis through the Massachusetts Condition Police and also the Attorney General's Fraud and Financial Crimes Division. They'd adopted the situation following the condition Department of Revenue alleged they'd found fraud while looking at documents that Adams had filed regarding the his request tax credits. A Great Jury in Boston have been focusing on the situation when Adams was contacted on Friday. Adams had skipped two earlier visits and told the government bodies he was going to leave for La for his work. At that time Assistant Attorney General Molly Parks, who's handling the situation, made the decision there is a danger Adams wouldn't return for future proceedings coupled with condition police designated to her office arrest him. Adams was arraigned in district court because there is no actual indictment yet. A lawyer contained in the court docket for an additional hearing, Steven Topazio, was drafted to do something on Adam's account like a public defender. Topazio, who's a Boston criminal attorney, states he only handled that hearing and isn't representing Adams any more It's unclear if Adams has an attorney at the moment, or who that could be. Tries to achieve Adams for comment weren't effective. Since the grand jury has came back indictments, the situation moves to Superior Court in Boston. A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday around the situation where Adams will be presented an chance to reply to the costs if he selects to do this. Adams this year authored and ended up being to direct a film version from the TV series The Large Valley. It had been setup at Last Century Fox, but apparently didn't move forward. Lisa Trout, mind from the Massachusetts condition film office, stated so far as she knows this is actually the first such situation including an alleged fraud within the program. She stated this program continues to be effective for that condition and it is funded to carry on through 2022.

ICM close to deal for partnership reorg

ICM toppers Chris Silbermann and Jeff Berg are close to finalizing a deal with the agency's majority owner, private equity shingle Rizvi Traverse, that will allow the tenpercentery to transition to a partner-owned structure. Details of the deal remain murky but it appears that Rizvi Traverse will cede at least some of its equity interest in ICM in order to allow Silbermann and Berg to reorganize the company and bring more of its top agents into equity-owner positions. The deal was characterized by knowledgable sources as a "transfer of ownership" to the new partnership rather than a formal management buyout, and it was emphasized that no money will change hands in the transaction. There was speculation that the deal may allow Rizvi Traverse to hang on to all or some of ICM's more lucrative receivables, such as its packaging-fee coin from syndie hits including "The Big Bang Theory" and "Modern Family." At present Berg serves as ICM chairman and CEO, with Silbermann overseeing day-to-day operations as prexy. Those titles may change under the new partnership structure. Other management roles at the agency also will evolve under the new partnership structure, sources said. Shifting to a partnership structure means that ICM will more closely mirror WME, UTA and other large percenteries. The number of agents in line for elevation to partner status is still unclear (one source said "more than two and less than 100"). The designation will include top players from all of the agency's key divisions: TV, film, publishing, concerts and touring and marketing. Silbermann has been leading the charge to overhaul the agency's ownership structure for most of this year. ICM insiders felt the urgency to act as the year drew to a close and after a string of agents decamped to rival percenteries during the past few months. It's understood that the sides reached a handshake agreement on the new structure today but that the deal is not expected to be finalized until early next year. Donald Trump's GOP Debate: Rick Perry Becomes Fourth Candidate Who Won't Participate

Two years ago, when the celebrated consulting detective of Baker Street was yanked onto the big screen for the first time in the 21st century, a big divide separated the traditionalists resistant to accepting the idea of Sherlock Holmes as an East End fight club habitue and mostly younger audiences who found director Guy Ritchie's slow-motion action moves completely cool. The argument quickly became a moot point, after Warner Bros.' steam-punk-style action mystery grossed an astounding $524 million worldwide. With more of the same on view in Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, everyone will know where they stand ahead of time, meaning old fogies are duly warned and fans will happily return for more.our editor recommends'Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows': 9 Preview Clips Released (Videos)'Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows' Trailer: Robert Downey Jr. Does DragHollywood's 10 Highest-Grossing Actors'Rock of Ages' Trailer to Premiere Before 'Sherlock Holmes' If anything, Robert Downey Jr.'s Holmes looks even worse this time around, as he's bruised and battered almost throughout this new adventure, which pits him against his most formidable opponent, the diabolical Professor James Moriarty. But a good deal of Holmes' time here, at least initially, is spent distracting his close associate Dr. Watson (Jude Law) from his expected duties at his wedding and on his honeymoon before he manages to literally push the bride aside altogether. PHOTOS: Netflix's 10 Most Rented Movies of All Time A distinguished Oxford professor and author who's every bit as clever as Holmes, Moriarty (Jared Harris) announces his malicious intentions at the outset by dispatching Irene Adler (Rachel McAdams), the coquette who toyed with Holmes' affections last time around, and plotting a terrorist campaign aimed at Europe's ruling political class. The long and short of it is that the far-sighted Moriarty is engaged in cornering the market on armaments while staging assassinations and otherwise creating rifts between nations in order to hasten a continent-wide conflict. "War on an industrial scale is inevitable," he warns Holmes. "All I have to do is wait." Unfortunately, Ritchie and his new scenarists, Michele and Kieran Mulroney, who co-wrote and directed Paper Man in 2009, largely eschew the sort of delicious cat-and-mouse game that could have maximized this face-off between two such worthy opponents, saving their only extended encounter for the climax. Instead, along with the prolonged drunken shenanigans that precede Watson's wedding to Mary (Kelly Reilly) and the honeymoon train trip that follows, a great deal of time is consumed by their adventures with a gypsy fortune teller (Noomi Rapace, the star of the Swedish version of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo and its sequels) and the revolutionary circles she is able to help them infiltrate. PHOTOS: Hollywood's 10 Highest-Grossing Actors These tangential escapades allow for the sorts of scenes that seem to have become the raison d'etre of the franchise. These involve lots of costume changes for Holmes, who at one point appears in the Watson honeymoon train compartment in drag, and the trademark slo-mo, herky-jerky action set pieces in which every move Holmes intends to make is pre-visualized in all its intricate detail, then repeated with speed to show how it all plays out. The wardrobe foolishness comes off fine thanks to Downey's deadpan unashamedness, while the action stuff, perhaps arresting the first couple of times you see it, already seems hackneyed, mannered and overworked, an affectation of diminishing returns. What one's left with, then, is an elaborate entertainment that whooshes along through the messy streets and posh clubs of 1891 London; aboard boats, trains, horseback and Holmes' early horseless carriage along unpaved thoroughfares, through forests and over mountains; into the rarefied corridors of power in the capitals of Europe; onto the stage of the Paris Opera during a performance of Don Giovanni, and into warehouses and factories that already seem filled with enough arms to fight World War I, which Moriarty would be disappointed to learn is still more than two decades away rather than around the corner. VIDEOS: 'Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows': 9 Preview Clips Released After quite a few tedious detours and distractions, when the film finally gets down to the business of a climax at a gathering of elite European diplomats in a precariously perched Swiss mountain castle, it becomes not half-bad. A clever assassination plot comes to a head while Holmes and Moriarty sit down to a game of chess as they articulate their differences, leading to a mighty struggle that does nothing if not set up a sequel. Aside from the screenwriters, the same core team from the first outinghas been reassembled, making for an absolutely consistent look, sound and feel to the proceedings. Thanks to returning cinematographer Philippe Rousselot, production designer Sarah Greenwood, costume designer Jenny Beavan and a large effects crew, the images are gritty and densely packed, and static is a word Ritchie and editor James Herbert have never heard of. Hans Zimmer incorporates a good deal of his greatly effective score from the original into this one, with new elaborations as well. With Watson's marriage on the line, Downey and Law raise the level of their sparring a notch from last time; that their portrayals of these famous characters are so distant from the original conceptions has now been proven irrelevant, perhaps even a plus to modern audiences. Stephen Fry adds an amusing new flavor as Holmes' outsized, politically connected brother, Mycroft. Harris is fine as Moriarty, while Rapace gets no chance to show her previously established talent in her stereotypical gypsy role. Opens: December 16 (Warner Bros.) Ray Mickshaw/FOX A former Universal Network Television employee might soon get to bring to a jury claims that behind the scenes of TV show House there's "hard-drinking, over-sexed, cussing, gun-toting males" who made life difficult for her.our editor recommends'House' Star Hugh Laurie Says He'll Retire From TV Acting Once Show EndsOlivia Wilde Makes Final 'House' Appearance Monday: 'I See It as a Really Important Chapter in My Life' (Video) In July 2010,Carl Jones, who spent four years working as an assistant property master on the Fox medical mystery show, suedHouseproducer Universal and two of its staffers, claiming that he was victim to sexual harassment and was fired when he spoke up about allegedly obnoxious behavior on the part of his supervisors. After nearly a year and a half of extensive discovery and pre-trial motions, Los Angeles Superior Court JudgeRichard Fruinindicated last week his willingness to have a jury decide whether Jones was retaliated against for objecting to a hostile workplace. Jones makes some wild allegations in his lawsuit about back-stage behavior on the show. He targets his supervisorsTyler PattonandMike Caseyfor repeated bad acts and says his genitals were groped and that he was called a "bitch," "faggot," "slave," and "pussy." In the prop trailer where Jones worked, the plaintiff alleges that adult magazines and adult movies were around and that his supervisors were hard drinkers who would invite females from the wardrobe and other production departments there to engage in sexual activity. Jones allegeshe was forced to clean up semen and condom wrappers and was ridiculed when he declined to go out to a nearby off-set strip club. The set ofHouseis also described as a dangerous place to work. Against Universal's policies, Patton allegedly brought a real gun there and would throw knifes in between bouts of tequila drinking. Jones says he was fired in March 2010, by an extremely drunk Patton, after which he complained to Garret van der Meer, the show's co-executive producer/unit production manager. Jones says his complaints were ignored, and the former staffer believes that speaking up about what was going on, including contacting his union, led to retaliation, included being "blackballed from all Universal Productions." Jones says he scored another job after his dismissal, but as a result of being placed on a blacklist, he wasn't able to get access to the Fox lot, so he then lost that second job. Universal wanted a summary judgment dismissal of this lawsuit, saying that Jones had failed to exhaust his administrative remedies, that his claims were time-barred, and that the plaintiff couldn't show "discriminatory motive based on his gender or perceived sexual orientation." The studio said that each season was an independent one in terms of employment and that the decision to not rehire Jones for Season 7 of House couldn't be tied to Jones' allegations of sexual innuendo on the set. The defendant believes that Jones' theories about why he was dismissed are merely speculative. For their part,Patton and Casey vigorously denied they engaged in the above-described offensive conduct. At a hearing last week, Judge Fruin considered some of the evidence submitted in depositions so far and tentatively decided there are enough triable issues to reject Universal's motions to dismiss discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims. He threw out claims based on the Unruh Civil Rights Act, and asked for additional briefings for a hearing scheduled for December 16. If the judge sticks to his tentative ruling, the case could be on track to be heard by a jury next year. The Dark Knight Rises: Christian Bale Praises Anne Hathaways Catwoman

First Published: November 26, 2011 12:00 PM EST Credit: Warner Bros. Caption Anne Hathaway as Selena Kyle, the alter-ego of Catwoman, in The Dark Knight RisesLOS ANGELES, Calif. -- After photos of Anne Hathaway as Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises surfaced in August, doubts arose over whether the 29year-old actress was right for the feline fatale. However, Annes co-star, Christian Bale, says he more than approves of her performance. I had plenty of scenes with Anne and I was there when we did the screen test for her, Christian, star of the Christopher Nolan-directed Batman films, told the Philippine Inquirer. The thing that I said to Chris [Nolan] that day was that there were many very accomplished actresses who had read for the role. Im terrible at auditions, so Im very impressed when somebody really seems to acquire an ownership of a character without having worked on it or prepared for some amount of time. Christian said Anne has been tasked with the hardest job in the film finding a fresh approach to Selina Kyle/Catwoman, who previously was portrayed by screen icons like Michelle Pfeiffer and Halle Berry. In many ways, she has the hardest job, he said. There are a number of people who feel that the Catwoman role has been defined previously. So, I always saw Annes role as being the toughest job of any of us. Additionally, Christian praised his co-star Tom Hardy who will portray juggernaut Bane in the highly anticipated film calling the British Warrior star a phenomenal actor. I like working with [Tom] a great deal. He goes the whole hog, Christian said. I know that Bane has been seen in movies before, but in my eyes, Tom is essentially creating Bane for the first time. The Dark Knight Rises, which also stars Marion Cotillard and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, hits theaters on July 20, 2012. Copyright 2011 by NBC Universal, Inc. All rights reserved. J.J. Abrams Confirms Benicio Del Toro's 'Star Trek 2' Interest

The villain of "Star Trek 2" remains unknown, though director J.J. Abrams certainly has his eye on someone for the role: Oscar-winning actor Benicio del Toro. It's still up in the air as to who BDT might play in the "Trek" sequel, assuming he comes on board at all, but Abrams confirmed to MTV News that he's very much interested in bringing the "Traffic" actor on board for his next interstellar voyage. "Well, we're just in negotiations, we're in discussions," Abrams told us on the red carpet for the "Super 8" Blu-ray and DVD release in Los Angeles. "It's not even negotiations just in discussion. But I would love to work with him. I've wanted to work with him for years, and this felt like a good opportunity." Abrams wouldn't get into specifics regarding the role he has in mind for del Toro. Speculation has ranged from del Toro tackling the iconic role of Khan Noonien Singh to him putting that prominent forehead to good use as a Klingon villain. But the "Star Trek" director would only offer that whoever the character is, del Toro is perfect for the part. "It's too early to talk about what the role is, but he's such an amazing actor," said Abrams. "He's so versatile. He could sort of do anything." "Except play Uhura," he joked. "I wouldn't buy that." Though things are enigmatic at the moment, Abrams promised that the role would be much less mysterious as soon as casting is finalized, whether or not del Toro winds up in the sequel. "As soon as we know who it's going to beand I'd love it to be himthat'll be public knowledge," he said. Tell us what you think of the "Star Trek" sequel news in the comments section and on Twitter!

The Catch (Gibier d'elevage)

A Catherine Dussart Prods., Arte France, Bophana Prods., Institut National de l'Audiovisuel production, in association with TV5 Monde, SIMF Management, CNC, Media, Fonds Francophone de Production Audiovisuelle du Sud. (International sales: Films Distribution, Paris.) Produced by Catherine Dussart. Directed by Rithy Panh. Screenplay, Michel Fessler, Panh, based on the story "Shiiku" by Kenzaburo Oe.With: Cyril Guei, Chem Chuop, Soeum Chhoeum, Pruoch Chhoeum. (Khmer, English dialogue)In "The Catch," Cambodian helmer Rithy Panh successfully reinterprets Kenzaburo Oe's story of an African-American pilot caught behind enemy lines. Updating the narrative from WWII (the setting of Oe's source and Nagisa Oshima's 1961 film version) to the Vietnam War, Panh places less emphasis on the captive's race; he's more concerned with illustrating how the Khmer Rouge turned oppressed people against each other in order to fulfill its militaristic aims. Despite an obviously tight budget, the pic is well mounted and fest play is assured, though commercial outlook is grim. Pic opens with devastating archival footage of the Cambodian bombings, with matching military commentary. Off camera, a plane crashes, and tough orphaned boy Pang (Chem Chuop) leads his gang to capture the surviving pilot (Cyril Guei). Given a nod for his bravery by Khmer Rouge soldiers, Pang has a hard time keeping his young gang in line and preventing them from empathizing with their prisoner. The helmer works well with his largely non-pro cast, while his direction shows a fondness for crane shots, hinting at a greater technical facility than the quality of the film's HD lensing would suggest.Camera (color, HD), Prum Mesar; editors, Panh, Marie-Christine Rougerie; music, Marc Marder; production designer, Benoit Cisilkiewick. Brian Grazer Replaces Brett Ratner as Oscars Producer [UPDATE]

UPDATE: It's official. Brian Grazer has replaced Brett Ratner as Oscars producer, and -- contrary to earlier rumblings -- won't hold a candlelight vigil for Eddie Murphy to return as host. "Insiders tell me that Imagine Entertainment co-founder Brian Grazer has moved on this afternoon," wrote Nikki Finke at Deadline about the Murphy-return rumors she initially revealed. "'We are not going back to him. No way,' they say." Noted! "It's very gratifying to be part of a show that honors excellence in the medium to which I have devoted so much of my career," said Grazer in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences press release about his hire. "Brian Grazer is a renowned filmmaker who over the past 25 years has produced a diverse and extraordinary body of work," said AMPAS president Tom Sherak. "He will certainly bring his tremendous talent, creativity and relationships to the Oscar." Now all that's left is finding a host. EARLIER: What was rumor mere hours ago is now apparently almost fact. Deadline's Nikki Finke reports that Brian Grazer has accepted the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences offer to produce the Oscars telecast, following the resignation of Brett Ratner. Why do you care that Grazer, the super producer behind 'J. Edgar' and 'Tower Heist,' has taken the gig? Because he's going to try and convince Eddie Murphy to un-quit as Oscars host. That's right: per Finke, the Academy wants Murphy to host and Grazer's first duty as producer is to get him back! Hey, why not? At this rate, maybe Ratner can come back to cater the Oscars or something. (Shrimp cocktail, natch.) Just hire Neil Patrick Harris already, AMPAS. THR's 5 Books of the Week: Stephen King, Formula One, Rock History, and Umberto Eco

The holiday book season heats up this week with an entertaining Stephen King time travel adventure, a fabulous book about the dangerous days of Formula One racing that is headed to the big screen, Umberto Eco's esoteric thriller and two music histories that look at the rock era from different perspectives. Here are the week's five most important books:our editor recommendsStephen King Brings 'Shining' Sequel 'Dr. Sleep' to Life at Book Festival 11/22/63 by Stephen King, Scribner, 864 pages, $34. Movie Rights to Jonathan Demme. Deviating from his usual horror thrillers, King offers up a time travel story featuring an English teacher named Jake Epping, who travels from the present to 1958 to prevent President John F. Kennedy's assassination and change the course of the 1960s. It's easy to see the classic King elements - well-developed characters, a familiar plot made fresh, a fantastic climax - that make him such a popular author in Hollywood and indeed Jonathan Demme is already working on a film adaptation. But there's more here than the usual King - a deep humanity to the characters, an element of romance, and a thoroughly researched love of the period - that make this his best book in years. STORY: Stephen King Brings 'Shining' Sequel 'Dr. Sleep' to Life at Book Festival The only downsides? The length (864 pages) and that clunky title. King's stories have always featured a Norman-Rockwell-meets-The-Twilight-Zone vibe. 11/22/63 falls squarely on the Rockwell side in its nostalgia. The early reviews have been unanimously positive. Expect this book to not only appeal to loyal fans but crossover into new territory for King and become the hit novel of Christmas season. The Limit: Life and Death on the 1961 Grand Prix Circuitby Michael Cannell, Twelve, 336 pages, and $25.99. Movie rights to Tobey Maguire. In 1961, Phil Hill became the first - and only American - driver to win the Formula One Championship. The season was marred by one of the sport's worst accidents: A multi-car collision at the 1961 Grand Prix of Italythat killed 13 spectatorsand the driver Count Wolfgang von Trips, Hill's Ferrari teammate andmain rival. As Cannell makes clear, the accident was not an aberration. Formula One racing was incredibly dangerous in the early sixties, before things like seat belts and roll bars became mandatory equipment. In just the four years from 1957 and 1961, 14 drivers died in race accidents.Watching could be just as dangerous. Once a piece of a car's hood flew off decapitating several spectators. The Limit is full of drama, macho drivers and duplicitous team owners, including a wonderful portrait of Enzo Ferrari. It brings alive an earlier thrilling period of a sport unfamiliar to most Americans. Tobey Maguire snapped up the rights to develop the project at Columbia Pictures long before the book was published and if he can get it off the ground it could make a fantastic movie. Love Goes to Buildings on Fire: Music Made New in NY City in the '70s by Will Hermes, Faber and Faber, 369 pages, $30. NY's music scene in the 1970s has been a hot topic this year, notably with the news that Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger are developing a period series for HBO. Love Goes to Buildings on Fire focuses on the pivotal five-year period from New Year's Day 1973 to New Year's Eve 1977, when NY was an incubator of musical talent ranging from Bruce Springsteen to Grandmaster Flash to the Talking Heads. Hermes, a senior critic at Rolling Stone, moves from the post-Dylan environs of Greenwich Village, to the arson-scarred urban wasteland of the South Bronx where hip-hop was invented, to the city's legendary clubs like CBGBs. PHOTOS: 10 Biggest Book-to-Big Screen Adaptations of the Last 25 Years While others have written wonderfully about parts of the story, for example Jeff Chang's great early history of hip-hop Can't Stop, Won't Stop, no one has weaved as large or as vivid a tapestry of the NY music scene in the 1970s as Hermes. The Last Sultan: The Life and Times of Ahmet Ertegun by Robert Greenfield, Simon & Schuster, 496 pages, $30. The Turkish-born, London-raised Ertegun, who died in 2006, changed American music when he founded Atlantic Records in 1947. Ertegun had fallen in love with American music as a child living in London where his father was the Turkish Ambassador. Atlantic signed some of the greatest names in Blues and Rock starting with Ray Charles and Big Joe Turner in 1952. Other acts on the Atlantic label included Bobby Darin; Sonny and Cher; Eric Clapton; Buffalo Springfield; Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young; Led Zeppelin; the Rolling Stones; Bette Midler; and Kid Rock. The Last Sultan concentrates mostly on the business side of the Ertegun's life, leaving his well-known womanizing to a future biographer. Even with little personal gossip, Ertegun is a compelling figure, easily one of the two or three most important music impresarios of modern America. The early days, where he was trying to build a business, and the later years, where a 70-somethingErtegun could still relate to young stars like Kid Rock, are the best parts. The middle, which is heavy on corporate intrigue and his conflicts with other moguls like David Geffen, sags. The Prague Cemeteryby Umberto Eco, trans. from the Italian by Richard Dixon, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, 464 pages, $27. Eco's new novel is the fictional history of the origins of theProtocols of the Elders of Zion, the infamous 19th century forgery that purported to show a Jewish plot to control the world. The story centers on Simone Simonini, an Italian spy, who Zelig-like finds himself at the center of the great European events of the late 1800s, slowly assembling what will become theProtocols. The plot is full of esoteric conspiracy theories, arcane knowledge and convoluted plot twists that make Eco a love him or hate him proposition. The book is already a big but controversial hit in Europe, with sales topping a million copies and criticism of the plot from the Vatican newspaper and the chief rabbi of Rome. Berman: Uses connections, persistence to build slate

Jason Michael BermanEver since his days at a Baltimore middle school, Jason Michael Berman has been wheeling and dealing to make movies."I was 13 and wrote a letter to the president of Sony Electronics saying that I was starting a film and video program at my school, and we would love their support," says Berman, who struggled in the classroom due to his dyslexia and found refuge in the alternate reality of films. "They wrote back and donated an entire editing system to our school."In similar fashion, Berman scored an Avid for his high school. But it wasn't until his undergrad days at USC that he began interfacing with such future industryites as Jon Chu and Ryan Piers Williams."Ever since USC, I've been working my relationships with my classmates," says Berman, who began his Hollywood career at the William Morris Agency before stints at MGM and Gary Ross' Larger Than Life Prods. In fact, he teamed with Williams for his first producing credit, the America Ferrera-Melissa Leo starrer "The Dry Land," which premiered in competition at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival."I definitely think that jumping from assistant to producer is one of the most difficult jumps you can make," notes Berman, who has put together and raised coin for five more indie films since "Dry Land" including the Robert Duvall-Lucas Black starrer "Seven Days in Utopia." "But I am extremely persistent. I am very good at assembling all the different pieces and pushing things forward."10 PRODUCERS TO WATCH 2011Jason Michael Berman | Borderline Films | Tyler Davidson & Sophia Lin | James Gay-Rees | Lawrence Inglee | Red Granite Pictures | Laura Rister | Jonathan Schwartz | Diarmid Scrimshaw | Kevin Walsh Contact the Variety newsroom at news@variety.com

15th Annual Hollywood Film Awards Kicks Off Season of Awards Shows

15th Annual Hollywood Film Awards Kicks Off Season of Awards Shows By Scott Feinberg October 25, 2011 Photo by Getty Images Carey Mulligan The 15th annual Hollywood Awards took place on Monday night at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, kicking off a months-long season of self-congratulations and chicken dinners shared by the same core group of people. There is something special about this event, though, because it offers industry observers our first opportunity to see how dozens of awards hopefuls handle the spotlight. There is no tension about who will get called to the podium, since the honorees are announced weeks before the ceremony (determined by the event's executive director Carlos de Abreu and a panel of advisors), but there is still plenty on the line. Indeed, a highlight clip, introduction, or acceptance speech can immensely help or hurt a contender's prospects, as the many studio publicists, executives, and chiefs in attendance (including The Weinstein Company's Harvey Weinstein and Sony Pictures Classics's Michael Barker) were well aware.Based on what I was able to gauge last night from a seat in the audience and access that I was exclusively granted to the backstage area and green room throughout the show, nobody really set themselves back very much at this particular awards show, but a few people certainly came away from the festivities stronger than they entered them. Some highlights...The biggest winner of the night, in my estimation, was Michelle Williams ("My Week with Marilyn"), a top contender for the best actress Oscar, who was the recipient of the Hollywood Actress Award. Williams looked beautiful and spoke eloquently, as always, but was helped most by the person who presented her award to her: 82-year-old screen legend Don Murray, "the last of the on-screen lovers of Marilyn Monroe." Murray earned an Oscar nod for his film debut opposite the blonde bombshell in "Bus Stop" (1956), which was released in the same year in which Williams portrays Monroe in "My Week with Marilyn," which makes him as qualified as just about anyone alive to evaluate Williams' performance -- and he couldn't have offered a more ringing endorsement. Murray, who drove down to the event from Santa Barbara with his wife, told the audience, "She created some moments that were so intimately familiar to me because I spent 14 weeks with Marilyn... I know that Michelle studied everything -- read every book she could find -- about Marilyn... and the amazing thing is that there is not one thing in that film that is not truthful... it was just a revelation... she holds the mirror up to nature and she gets into acting that is beyond acting, that is being... Michelle's performance made me appreciate Marilyn." Afterwards, in the green room, he reiterated to me: "She nailed it."The cast of "The Help," which is a top contender for the best picture Oscar, was the recipient of the Hollywood Ensemble Award, and selected Viola Davis, who is a top contender for the best actress Oscar, to speak on their behalf from the podium. Joined on-stage by co-stars Emma Stone, Octavia Spencer, Allison Janney, Bryce Dallas Howard, Mary Steenburgen, Ahna O'Reilly, and Cicely Tyson (who was very reluctant to appear on stage but was begged to by Stone and Howard and eventually acquiesced), Davis delivered what was probably the best acceptance speech of the night. She noted that what makes a project special for an actor can easily be forgotten during "the Oscar push," but that she will never forget how special this one was: "This cast was 99 percent women, and we all walked away just loving each other." She teared up when she looked at her castmates and told them, "It was an honor to work with all of you."Glenn Close ("Albert Nobbs"), who is a top contender for the best actress Oscar, was presented with the Hollywood Career Achievement Award by fellow acting veteran Ted Danson, received a hearty standing ovation, and delivered a characteristically eloquent and humble acceptance speech. It is hard to believe that this talented and well-liked actress has yet to win an Oscar, despite scoring a string of five nominations in seven years back in the eighties. It was uncertain how Christopher Plummer ("Beginners"), the 81-year-old who is widely considered to be the frontrunner for the best supporting actor Oscar, would handle himself upon being presented with the Hollywood Supporting Actor Award by his co-star Ewan McGregor. Plummer has a reputation for being a bit curmudgeonly, especially when it comes to the gladhanding part of awards campaigning, which might explain why he has only been nominated for an Oscar once -- for best supporting actor for "The Last Station" (2009) -- despite having given great performances for decades. But he passed this early test with flying colors, joking that he was pleased to be among the first to be honored because it was "way past my bedtime"; stating, "I've never been so relaxed in front of a camera"; and profusely thanking his "son" McGregor, his "partner" Goran Visnjic, writer/director Mike Mills, and, "of course, Cosmo, the dog."Diablo Cody ("Young Adult"), who is a top contender for the best original screenplay Oscar, was presented with the Hollywood Screenwriter Award by fellow Oscar winner Quentin Tarantino, with whom she animatedly discussed her film and sipped champagne in the green room earlier in the night. Tarantino introduced her as someone who he regards as being "in the class of a Paddy Chayefsky, in the class of a William Goldman," and noted that she and Jason Reitman, who collaborated on "Juno" (2007) prior to re-teaming for "Young Adult," "truly bring the best out of each other." He closed by paraphrasing a snide remark by the "NY Times" film critic A.O. Scott: 'Well, if you think Quentin Tarantino is a great writer, then I guess you think Diablo Cody is a great writer.' Well I do, and I do!" Cody thanked him, calling him "one of my heroes," and joked about having come so far from her "early work," which in reality was only a few years ago.Perennial honoree George Clooney ("The Descendants"), who is a top contender for the best actor Oscar, was presented with the Hollywood Actor Award by his co-star Beau Bridges, and gave a characteristically humble acceptance speech, emphasizing to the audience, "I am very lucky. I'm a lucky man." He was referring to some of the breaks that he's had over the course of his career, such as the fact that "ER," the show that made him a household name, played on Thursday nights instead of some other time slot in which he would have been less exposed... but if you saw how beautiful his girlfriend Stacy Keibler looked last night (they stayed almost until the end and ultimately left hand-in-hand), you'd be forgiven for thinking he was referring specifically to her!Bennett Miller ("Moneyball"), who is a top contender for the best director Oscar, was presented with the Hollywood Director Award by one of his film's stars, Jonah Hill. Hill, who was best known for playing sophomoric teenagers in raunchy comedies prior to "Moneyball," said, "My natural intuition is to try to be funny... telling a joke is a way to try to avoid revealing how you really feel... but I love this guy very much -- he's a wonderful human being." After Miller took the stage and the two embraced, the director cracked about the intro, "There was nothing funny about that!"Joseph Gordon-Levitt ("50/50"), who is a possible contender for the best actor Oscar, was presented with the Hollywood Breakthrough Actor Award, which prompted his co-star Bryce Dallas Howard to say to him, when they ran into each other before the show, "Breakthrough actor?! You've been acting since you were six. You are so cheating!"Michel Hazanavicius ("The Artist"), who is a top contender for the best director Oscar, was presented with the Hollywood Breakthrough Director Award. Meanwhile, backstage in the green room, "The Artist" stars Berenice Bejo (Hazanavicius's wife) and Jean Dujardin chuckled with George Clooney as several people tried to pronounce his last name but failed miserably.Letty Aronson ("Midnight in Paris"), a top contender for the best picture Oscar, was presented with the Hollywood Producer Award by her film's star Owen Wilson. The reception that both of them -- and the clip of their film -- received from the audience only enhances my current suspicion that it will wind up as one of this year's best picture nominees even if there are only five films that make the cut in the category.Alberto Iglesias ("The Skin I Live In"), who is a top contender for the best original score Oscar, was presented with the Hollywood Composer Award. Antonio Banderas, his fellow Spaniard and the star of that film, was to do the honors, but he had to cancel at the last minute because he was hosting a fundraiser for President Barack Obama, who is in town, so Michael Barker, the co-chief of the film's distributor Sony Pictures Classics, stepped up and gave a terrific off-the-cuff intro. He noted that Pedro Almodovar, the film's director, had told him with great pride that he fully expected people decades from now to closely associate his success with Iglesias's work in the same way that they do Alfred Hitchcock with Bernard Herrmann and Federico Fellini with Nino Rota.Emmanuel Lubezki ("The Tree of Life"), who is a top contender for the best cinematography Oscar, was presented with the Hollywood Cinematographer Award by Ben Affleck, one of the stars of the untitled Terrence Malick film that Lubezki is editing. Affleck, sporting a beard, sung Lubezki's praises and emphasized that much of his best work didn't even make it into the highlight reel that preceded his introduction. Lubezki profusely thanked Affleck for coming to present him with the award despite being in the midst of shooting a film.Stephen Mirrione ("The Ides of March"), who is a top contender for the best film editing Oscar, was presented with the Hollywood Film Editor Award by George Clooney, who has had him edit three of the four films he has directed "Good Night, and Good Luck," "Leatherheads," and "Ides" -- and several other films in which he has starred, which Clooney joked about: "He edited 'Oceans 11,' '12,' and '13.' He actually completely edited out 14 -- he did that for you guys!"Berenice Bejo ("The Artist"), Jean Dujardin ("The Artist"), Elle Fanning ("Super 8"), my table mate Amber Heard ("The Rum Diary"), Andrea Riseborough ("W.E."), Shailene Woodley ("The Descendants"), and Anton Yelchin ("Like Crazy") were presented with this season's Hollywood Spotlight Awards, which celebrate breakthrough acting achievements. Backstage before the presentation, I chatted with down-to-earth Yelchin, who I feel like I've seen more than my family over the past week or so, and lovely Woodley, who told me that she was very excited to receive the first award of her career, and also exhausted but exhilarated from traveling to something like half a dozen cities around the world over the past month on behalf of her film! (Unfortunately, she didn't know in advance that she was supposed to deliver a brief acceptance speech, so much of her time at the podium was devoted to repeating that fact, which might be seen as a lost opportunity to connect with the industry. That being said, she'll surely have many more chances.)"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows -- Part 2," which is a possible contender for the best picture Oscar, was chosen as the winner of the Hollywood Movie Award, which celebrates the most popular film of the year and is determined by the public through voting on the Yahoo! Movies website. This was not a tremendous surprise and will, in and of itself, probably not have much of an impact on the race.Rosie Huntington-Whitely ("Transformers: Dark Side of the Moon"), the British actress who replaced Megan Fox as the "Transformers" franchise's resident hottie, was in the green room before presenting one award or another, and is one of the most strikingly beautiful people that I've ever seen. I have never seen lips like hers except on dolls or fish... and, in case it's not clear, I mean that as a compliment.
