Guilty? On 'Deadly Dreams' did the sleepwalking boyfriend get convicted?

On MSNBC a show called 'Deadly Dreams' just replayed today, June 12,
2011, (originally aired in Aug 2009). In it, a man named Steve Wright
murdered his married girlfriend in Catalina. He claimed that he did it
while sleepwalking. I couldn't watch the end. What happened?
