Music survey PART 2: My #1 favorite underrated rapper?

Before, I put out a survey about favorite underrated artists and a few
people who shall remain nameless (because they're pointless)
underestimated my knowledge in rap music and hip hop. So because of
that, I decided to make things HARDER. I will give 10pt to whoever
can name my all time favorite underrated rapper. I'll give you a hint
after 5 guesses.

NOTE: Underrated means to not have as much credit to your work as one
believes he/she should.
